Rescued in February 2025, Sasha came to us broken - kept in a filthy chicken cage, plucked nearly bare, and left in the dark. The few feathers she had were blackened and dirty from neglect.
Today, she’s almost fully feathered - brilliant, clean white - and thriving. With healthy food, a safe and healthy environment, love, and patience, Sasha is proof of just how far rescue, and kindness, can go.

So far this, we’ve seen a 150% increase in parrots needing rescue — more calls, more emergencies, more birds arriving scared, hungry, and out of options. And the year isn't over yet!
Each one is a promise we refuse to break: food in their bowls, safe housing, love and the medical care they need to heal and begin again.
